We think New York is great for small business -- and so do our clients.

Since our start in 1985, the expert advisors of the FARMINGDALE SBDC have worked directly with 22,041 businesses, helping them to invest $245,236,835 in the area's economy, who have created or saved 11,204 jobs.

We provide an extensive variety of services to Long Island's small businesses, including award-winning expertise in child care, procurement, and minority certification. The SBDC at Farmingdale State, has a bilingual advisor, proficient in Spanish. We also have a full-time counselor dedicated to the business needs of veterans. Appointments are available 8:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday. Our main office is located on the campus of Farmingdale State University of New York in the Campus Commons Building at (631) 420-2765.
